Eastenders: Have they ruined the character of Vanessa?

I agree with you. She came in as a sexy, confident woman and she's now running after Max like a lovesick puppy. You mention they never really took off with the OCD story but we still don't know anything about who Jodie's real dad is either. I'm pretty sure she lied to her about it being a Portugese fisherman or whatever she said he was. Her character had potential but she's pointless now. She probably leaves after finding out that Max is sleeping with Tanya but seeing as Darren is leaving too I wonder if they have a one night stand or something and Jodie finds out...Also why does she always wear white even when she cooks? Not very practical on a daily basis!
