UK: Can you find out your passport issue and expiry dates if you have the passport number? PLEASE HELP, URGENT?

I need my details for student loan application which needs to be in by the end of the month. I've lost my passport though. But I do have the passport number, my personal ID number, my national insurance number, and my bank details, I also have ID in the form of a driving license. Is there anyway I could find out my issue and expiry dates with this information????
