Extreme Ear pain. Need help!?

Right know I am experiencing extreme ear pain. When I was young, the water enters my ears when we swim on the beach or pool. Every-time that happens, I always go to my doctor and go for a check up. They have this device that sucks up my ears and gets the water. That time there is no pain, and its like it tickles me. Years past, every-time they use that device it gets painful every-time they do it to me. After that, we went to the beach again and there the water comes inside my ears and that time, the doctor didn't use the device and just let me use the Chloramphenicol ear drops. There is a pain but it went well. After that, the water enters my ears again, I used the drops with no doctors prescription and it went well. Right now, we went to the beach again and again the water comes in. The next morning I used the ear drops, there I experienced extreme pain. So I sleep for few hrs, when I woke up the pain is still there. This evening the pain is still there. By the way I just put the drops this afternoon. And also, when I look for the expiry date, The date will expire june 2011. I know what I did was wrong. I just want to get some information. Open for suggestions, additional information, any answer will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
