How do i fix this credit card problem on my xbox?

i had gold live membership on my mums credit card then she urgently needed to get a new one so the credit card company gave her back the credit card but the number and the secret code and the expiry dat were different.then when the month ended. it said credit card details not working. i tried deleting on the website but the delete option was not working. wat do i do?
