I am suffering in skin dryness the face skin getting peel off tel me best way to cure that !?

Last two weeks back i ve used a home facial pack , i think its expiry date got over and now after using that my face skin became very dry and my both cheeks and side face skin and all got tanning and the skin getting peel off like sense and that affected places become light whitish in color so help me a best way to cure this allergic reactions plss :(
