Am i an EEA citizen, if i live in the uk?

Just doing an application form, and its asking if im an eea citizen, now i was born and live in the UK, so have my parents, and as long down the line as i can record. iv looked up EEA and its anyone who lives in the UK, but it then asks for my visa expiry date? i dont have a visa? tad confused.
